Recommended instructions for use of Palaferm Kulzer

Completely clean the model.
Remove wax residues, dust, grease and foreign materials to obtain a clean surface before isolation.
Pour the required amount into a separate container.
Do not work directly from the original bottle in order to preserve the quality of the remaining product.
Apply on resin models.
On resin-based or 3D printed models, apply one thin layer using a soft brush.
Apply on gypsum models.
On gypsum, apply two thin layers. Allow the first layer to dry completely before applying the second one.
Allow complete drying.
Drying time is generally 2 to 4 minutes depending on the applied thickness and ambient temperature.
Apply the resin after drying.
Once the separating film is fully dry, the prosthetic resin should be processed without unnecessary delay.

Laboratory tip for gypsum models

Very dry gypsum models should be moistened with water before isolation, generally for 5 to 15 minutes depending on their dryness level.
