Installation & instructions for use
- Positioning: place the hood on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Connection: provide a Ø 125 mm extraction duct to the outside.
- Electrical connection: 220 V power supply for the extraction motor.
- Start-up: place the cylinder furnace on the shelf, close the door and then switch on the hood.
- Maintenance: regularly check the condition of the duct and clean the metal surfaces.
Choose the colour of your hood door
The hood is available with a solid metal door whose colour can be selected from the RAL colour chart below (only from these shades). Remember to accurately measure the space in height and width with the door open.

Is the hood delivered assembled?
The hood is delivered unassembled; assembly is extremely simple and it is supplied with a power plug for connection.
Provide an extraction duct and clamp for connection to the outlet.
The hood is fully dismantlable to make installation, maintenance and handling easier.
What extraction duct diameter should I provide?
The hood is designed to be connected to an extraction duct with a diameter of 125 mm.
Make sure your external exhaust installation is compatible with this diameter.
Is the hood compatible with all cylinder furnaces?
The JEB hood is designed for all standard dental preheating cylinder furnaces used in laboratories.
We recommend checking the dimensions of your furnace and the space available under the hood to ensure perfect compatibility.
Can I choose the colour of the metal door?
Yes, the solid metal door can be produced in various colours from the proposed RAL colour chart.
