OT Unilateral Rhein83 Attachment Bridges Ackers

Rhein83's Calcritable Calcitable attachment is specially designed for unilateral, bilateral or on an implant bar, without additional support by machined reinforcement arms.
The exclusive design of unilateral OT associates two 1.8 mm horizontal and vertical spheres, using the micro ot cap and ot strategy female caps. The male part of the attachment has a vertical support crossing its base, offering exceptional lateral stability and support to the prosthesis. The Uni-Box female component is a monobloc calcable case covering the entire male part, thus strengthening the resistance of acrylic. The male and female components are sunk in a single ring, which saves time and reduce material costs.

Position and connect the OT unilateral attachment using the OT Cap parallelism mandrel after a precise consideration of the occlusal plan.

Place the positioning ring on the OT CAP microsphere.

Place uni-box concrete on the structure, the positioning ring ensures stability.

Join the uni-box connector with resin to strengthen the structure.

Remove the positioning ring from the OT CAP sphere and inject the two structures.

Invest OT Unilateral and Uni-Box in a single stage in the casting ring.

Flows of crowns and superstructure. Carefully sand the room to avoid the erosion of the surfaces of spheres and bars. Insert black treatment caps and continue.

Wax-up. The saddle resin plate must adhere to gingivals as much as possible to ensure good stability.

Prosthesis completed, with final retention headdresses inserted in the context.
