Monobond® Plus, Primer Universal for chemical adhesion with collages composites.

Usable on all indirect restoration materials (ceramic, crystalline ceramic, metal, composite and reinforced composite with glass fibers).

Application of prosthetic restorations with Monobond Plus:

1. Catering preparation:

1.1 Vitroceramic restorations (eg IPS Empress®).

• Mordance with a 5% fluorer acid (eg IPS® Ceramic Etching Gel) for 60 seconds, or depending on the instructions in the user of the restoration material.
• Rinse carefully with a spray of water and dry with air free of oil.

1.2 Vitroceramic restorations with lithium disilical (eg IPS E.MAX® Press, IPS E.MAX CAD).

• Mordance with a 5% fluorer acid (e.g. IPS® Ceramic Etching Gel) for 20 seconds, or depending on the instructions for the user of the restoration material.
• Rinse carefully with a spray of water and dry with air free of oil.

1.3 Zirconium oxide (eg IPS E.MAX Zircad) or ceramics alumina oxides.

• Sand the surface of the catering (sandblasting parameters comply with instructions in the user of the restoration material).
• If necessary, clean the catering with ultrasound for about 1 minute.
• Rinse carefully with a spray of water and dry with an air free of oil.

1.4 Metal or restorations on metal:

1.5 Conditioning composite and reinforced composite restorations with glass fibers in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer of the restoration material.

• Apply a thin layer of more monobonde using a brush or micro-pinceau on pre-adjustment surfaces (when processing crowns, avoider).
