Castapress green resin indications:

• Complete and partial dentures.
• Repair, rebasage of dental prostheses.
• Extension of dental prostheses.

Technical specifications:

• Dough time up to 5 minutes.
• Working time 6 minutes.
• Hardening time 30 minutes at 55 ° C and 2.5 bar.
• Mixing ratio in volume / parts by weight:
• 1 ml / 0.95 g of liquid (monomer) 1.5 g of powder (polymer)
• Shock resistance: 9.7 kJ/m2.
• Fighting resistance: ≥ 60 MPa.
• Bending module: ≥ 1500 MPa.
• Water absorption: ≤ 32 μg/mm³.
• Solubility: ≤ 8.0 μg/mm³.

Delivery: Castapress liquid resin 250 ml or 1000 ml.
