Indications for use bonding Nobil Métal
This product is intended for dental prosthesis professionals for restorations metal-ceramics such as:
- Crowns and bridges
- Machined or cast frames
- Works with Nobil Metal compatible alloys

Scraping the ceramic framework in the traditional way. Then finishing the framework with tungsten burrs, passing the burr over the entire surface, then sandblasting at 250 µ at 3 bars. No steam

Apply a single, even layer, cook sous vide at an initial temperature of 650°C, increase by 55°C per minute. Final temperature 980°C without any stabilization.

After firing, the bonding is light yellow to golden yellow in color depending on the metal used. After cooling, mount the ceramic in the classic way, the shade will be warmer.
