Bafix Hemi Arcade DTDS – Pinless Dental Die Model System for Dental Laboratory
Référence: BX-H-AF

Bafix Hemi Arcade - DTDS Pinless Dental System
This solution is perfectly suited to the requirements of the modern dental laboratory, especially for the production of precise and reproducible dental die models.
Thanks to its right / left system with integrated clips, it ensures accurate die repositioning and a simplified workflow.
- Mark positioning points on both the impression and the BAFIX to properly center the base.
- Pour the impression and the BAFIX with dental stone, leveling both impression and base.
- Position the BAFIX on the impression using the previously made reference marks.
- After the stone has set, gently tap the BAFIX with a small laboratory hammer to remove residual stone.
- Using a plaster knife, remove lateral fixations.
- The model can then be prepared by die sawing.
- The Bafix system also allows clean delivery of prosthetic work to the dental clinic on the model.
- Also available as a full arch model for complete dental arches
Pinless dental models: precision and productivity gain
The Bafix DTDS system replaces traditional pin techniques with a faster, more reliable and more cost-effective solution.
It is particularly suitable for die model fabrication in fixed prosthodontics and CAD CAM workflows in dental laboratories.
This system fully meets the expectations of the modern dental laboratory in terms of precision and workflow optimization.
