Preparation
- Isolate the damp plaster model twice using a suitable separator.
- In repair procedures, roughen the tooth or acrylic surface to improve bonding.
- Moisten the surface if necessary using the recommended bonding liquid before applying the resin.
Processing steps

Prepare the working area.
Isolate the model and verify all surfaces before application. -
Measure the components.
Mix Acryline powder and liquid at a ratio of 10 g to 7 ml. -
Allow soaking.
Respect a soaking time of approximately 15 seconds before handling. -
Apply and shape.
Work during the plastic phase using brush, pouring or injection technique. -
Polymerize.
Follow the standard protocol at 45 °C or the extended protocol at 55 °C if a longer working time is required. -
Finish and polish.
Adjust, finish and polish the appliance after complete polymerization.
